Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or your hat arrives and is damaged, defective or incorrect, you can return it within five working days of receipt.  The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.  Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after five working days unless they are damaged, defective or incorrect.  For your protection, we require that you use a recorded delivery service for returning items.

Please note that due to Hygiene Standards, we are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect and that we are only able to accept returned items that have not been worn, altered or used.

Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, however please note that sizes, styles, colours and designs may vary.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. 

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of returning the item to us via recorded delivery service as required.

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds Policy

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you, the cost of the item and pay your costs of returning it to us.

We will check all items returned as damaged, defective or incorrect.  In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 weeks of receiving your return.
